Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and refine PowerPoint presentations to support training programmes, leadership communications and strategic projects.
  • Create multimedia learning assets, including micro‑learning videos and dynamic visual content that leverage storytelling techniques.
  • Catalogue, update and maintain learning resources to ensure version control and easy access across retail and corporate teams.
  • Support data management for learning initiatives: track participation, monitor completion rates and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate and format translated materials to ensure accurate organization and alignment with brand standards.
  • Draft, edit and distribute learning communications to maximize engagement and clarity.
  • Provide cross‑functional operational support to the Academy team on ad hoc learning projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field of study.
  • Able and willing to work on site in New York City (Midtown Manhattan) 4–5 days per week for a 6‑month contract.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and strong visual presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management capability with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Multilingual proficiency and/or translation editing experience is a plus.
