Role & Responsibilities
- Design and refine PowerPoint presentations to support training programmes, leadership communications and strategic projects.
- Create multimedia learning assets, including micro‑learning videos and dynamic visual content that leverage storytelling techniques.
- Catalogue, update and maintain learning resources to ensure version control and easy access across retail and corporate teams.
- Support data management for learning initiatives: track participation, monitor completion rates and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate and format translated materials to ensure accurate organization and alignment with brand standards.
- Draft, edit and distribute learning communications to maximize engagement and clarity.
- Provide cross‑functional operational support to the Academy team on ad hoc learning projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field of study.
- Able and willing to work on site in New York City (Midtown Manhattan) 4–5 days per week for a 6‑month contract.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and strong visual presentation skills.
- Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management capability with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Multilingual proficiency and/or translation editing experience is a plus.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalent internship/project experience in instructional design, multimedia production, learning operations, or project coordination.
