The Learning Projects Assistant joins Louis Vuitton’s head-office Human Resources Learning team to coordinate learning events and workshops, manage external providers, create communications, analyze performance indicators, administer the learning platform and support training projects. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting January 2, 2027, in Paris 1st arrondissement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshops and events, including Learning Capsules, Lunch & Learn sessions, conferences and onboarding, from content creation through rollout.
- Manage operational relationships with trainers and external partners, including coordination and tender management.
- Create varied communications materials to promote the learning offer to head-office employees.
- Analyze HR indicators and evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of the Learning team’s initiatives.
- Administer the learning platform and manage financial follow-up, including purchase orders and budget management.
- Contribute to new training offers and ad hoc projects in line with the team’s current priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently studying Human Resources, Marketing or Communications at a business school, university or equivalent.
- A first experience in a company through an internship or apprenticeship.
- A first experience in HR or project management is an advantage.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and its standards, including excellence, attention to detail, confidentiality, creativity and strong teamwork.
- Interest in learning, personal development, and HR and training trends and innovations.
- Organized and rigorous, with analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.

Experience
Entry-level; a first internship or apprenticeship experience in a company is required, with prior HR or project management experience an advantage.
Education
Currently studying Human Resources, Marketing or Communications at a business school, university or equivalent.
