Louis Vuitton's Learning team at the Paris headquarters seeks a Learning Projects Assistant for a six-month full-time internship beginning January 2, 2027. The role encompasses event management, vendor coordination, content creation, performance tracking, and budget administration within the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of employee learning initiatives including workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and onboarding programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently coordinate and execute learning workshops, events, and programs from content development through deployment
- Manage operational interfaces with training providers and external partners, including tender coordination and RFP management
- Develop and design diverse communication materials to promote learning offerings to headquarters staff
- Analyze HR performance indicators and evaluation data to measure the impact and effectiveness of Learning team initiatives
- Administer the learning management platform and ensure rigorous financial oversight, including purchase orders and budget tracking
- Actively contribute to the development of new training programs and execute ad-hoc projects as required by team priorities
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent from a business school or university
- Demonstrated experience from a previous internship or alternance within a corporate environment
- Passion for learning, professional development, and emerging trends in HR and talent development
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal synthesis skills
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) and fluent English proficiency
- Sensitivity to luxury brand values including excellence, attention to detail, discretion, and collaborative spirit

First professional experience preferred through prior internship or apprenticeship; entry-level position with early-stage career progression potential.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed undergraduate studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent discipline from a recognized business school or university.
