Role & Responsibilities
- Train and coach store teams to become brand ambassadors, embedding corporate strategy, culture, values, and product knowledge
- Partner with Team and Store Managers to implement structured learning progressions that enhance team performance and align training with business objectives and sales targets
- Lead a coaching-centered culture by observing client interactions in-store, providing real-time feedback, and coaching individual team members to self-identify improvement opportunities
- Support Team Managers in developing and strengthening their own coaching capabilities
- Identify and nurture team member potential; develop individual career development pathways in collaboration with store management
- Provide ongoing performance feedback to Store Managers and HR on individual team member progress and development
- Ensure store management maintains full visibility of training activities; monitor training quality and impact through systematic follow-up and floor presence
- Liaise with Corporate and EMEA teams on learning projects; deliver country-level training initiatives
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new employees in coordination with HR and proactive resource planning
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to deliver product training and support new product launches across the store network
- Facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among stores on coaching programs and initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience
- Solid background in learning and training delivery
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills with demonstrated ability to employ diverse facilitation techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication with proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Willingness to travel frequently
