Louis Vuitton is seeking a Learning Manager in Brussels to lead learning strategy, training delivery, coaching, and cross-functional development for Client Services Europe. The role is permanent and full-time, with hybrid working arrangements including 2 days per week from home from the fourth month of seniority.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Team and Client Services Managers to implement learning progression, develop team performance, and align training initiatives with business objectives, sales targets, and corporate commercial and training guidelines.
- Give the Management team visibility of training activities; monitor the quality and impact of sessions through follow-up and observe how initiatives are implemented.
- Ensure learning content, tools, and materials are relevant to the CSC environment, practical for daily use, and reflective of regional specificities.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional training for newcomers, digital tools, service standards, Clienteling, and new launches relevant to the CSC population.
- Identify and use relevant KPIs and data to assess training effectiveness, measure performance outcomes, and continually optimize learning programs.
- Foster a continuous coaching culture across CSC roles, from Client Advisors to Managers, to enhance performance, engagement, and skills development.
- Observe client interactions through active listening and questioning, and coach individual team members to develop their own solutions for improvement.
- Equip and develop Team Managers with the mindset, tools, frameworks, and confidence to provide consistent, constructive coaching and feedback.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure learning initiatives are consistent, aligned, and impactful across teams; engage stakeholders and foster visibility and shared ownership of the learning agenda.
- Liaise with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and deliver training at country level as a member of the Learning team.
- Provide Managers and HR with ongoing feedback on individual team members’ performance and progress.
- Act as a visible ambassador and trusted partner of the Learning team, promoting development, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience or strong exposure to learning and training.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Training delivery skills, including strong presentation skills and the use of different techniques to facilitate learning.
- Ability to adapt and respond to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, highly structured, driven, and collaborative approach.
- Strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English.
