Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA Retail Learning team in the design, preparation and logistical organisation of training events and modules.
- Prepare training content and learning materials, and assist with or co‑facilitate sessions and workshops.
- Collect, analyse and present quantitative and qualitative Learning KPIs to measure programme impact across the region.
- Provide operational support to regional teams and stores for the management and follow‑up of Learning modules.
- Liaise with Retail Development correspondents, store networks and cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Training) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master programme (Master 1 or 2) at a business school, engineering school or MBA.
- High levels of rigor, curiosity and autonomy; proactive and solution‑oriented.
- Strong analytical abilities and clear presentation skills; comfortable with KPI reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with regional and store stakeholders.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
