Louis Vuitton Apprentice Learning & Retail Development role in Paris. Join the Retail Academy team for a 1-2 year learning experience starting September 2025.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Retail, Human Resources, and Learning teams across geographic zones to define tailored development pathways for retail staff
- Create impactful communications and presentations to present learning projects to senior leadership and local teams
- Support project launch and international deployment of retail development initiatives
- Enhance training platforms and communication channels to maximize accessibility and visibility of learning tools
- Design clear, engaging communications to inform teams of upcoming training sessions
- Produce high-impact digital training content including presentations, videos, and vodcasts
- Organize stimulating in-person training events and workshops at the training campus
- Develop and facilitate collaborative workshops to share knowledge across teams and identify innovative process improvements
Qualifications
- Third or fourth-year business school student
- Strong affinity for luxury, hospitality, and retail sectors
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments

Experience
Beginner-level professionals or recent graduates with strong foundational interest in luxury retail training and development; prior internship or academic project experience in learning and development, communications, or event management is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in third or fourth year of business school program or equivalent commerce degree.
