Role & Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate the planning and execution of workshops and events (Learning Capsules, Lunch & Learn, conferences, onboarding sessions), from content creation through deployment
• Serve as operational liaison with external trainers and partners, including vendor coordination and management of RFQ processes
• Develop and design varied communication materials to promote learning offerings to headquarter staff
• Analyze HR indicators and training evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of the Learning team's initiatives
• Administer the learning management platform and manage financial oversight including purchase orders and budget tracking
• Actively contribute to the implementation of new training programs and handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the team

Qualifications

• Current student in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent (business school or university)
• Previous internship or work experience in a corporate environment
• Fluent written and spoken French
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Passion for learning, professional development, and HR innovation trends

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; previous internship or work-study experience preferred. Prior HR or project management experience is advantageous but not required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or related programme at a business school, university, or equivalent institution.
