Louis Vuitton in Paris seeks a Learning & Leadership Project Assistant (apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026; entry-level role for Master’s students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and deployment of learning experiences for employees across the organisation.
- Contribute to the creation of pedagogical content for a population of approximately 35,000 employees.
- Act as a driver of engagement within the global Learning communities.
- Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to update stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Coordinate global initiatives and ensure alignment with regional stakeholders.
- Perform data analyses to measure project impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to communications and engagement activities promoting the global Learning offer.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent (university, IAE or business school).
- First professional experience in project management or a similar function.
- Organised and meticulous with the ability to manage evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease interacting with multicultural teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken; comfortable working in a French corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry-level: candidate should have a first experience in project management or a similar role, preferably within an international environment.
Education
Master's-level studies (M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent; currently enrolled in an accredited programme.
