Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and deployment of learning experiences and leadership programmes for global employees.
- Contribute to the creation of pedagogical content for a workforce of approximately 35,000 collaborators.
- Coordinate global initiatives and ensure alignment with regional stakeholders and business priorities.
- Drive engagement within Learning communities and contribute to communication campaigns around the Learning offer.
- Prepare presentations and project reports using PowerPoint and Excel to update stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to measure project impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work on additional ad hoc projects across the Employee Experience team as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme (M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent (university, IAE or business school).
- Prior experience in project support or similar functions, ideally within learning & development.
- Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with multicultural teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Professional command of English, both written and spoken; able to operate within a French maison.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry‑level/apprenticeship: a first professional experience in project support or learning & development is required; international exposure is an advantage.
