An internship opportunity within the Learning team at the Louis Vuitton headquarters in Paris, involving coordination of employee development initiatives, event management, and training program administration. The role encompasses event planning, vendor management, communications design, performance tracking, and budget oversight across a range of learning activities including workshops, conferences, and onboarding programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently coordinate and deploy learning workshops, events, and conferences (Learning Capsules, Lunch & Learn sessions, onboarding programs) from content creation through execution
  • Manage operational relationships with external trainers and partners, including vendor coordination and RFP management
  • Design and produce communication materials to promote learning offerings to headquarters staff
  • Analyze HR performance indicators and training evaluations to measure program impact and effectiveness
  • Administer the learning platform and oversee financial management including purchase orders and budget tracking
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and execute ad hoc projects as required by team priorities

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or business school program
  • Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate environment
  • Prior experience in HR or project management is advantageous
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated passion for learning, personal development, and HR/training innovation trends
