Louis Vuitton seeks a Learning and Development Associate (apprenticeship) in Paris to support retail training program deployment and design.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project management for the launch of new training programs developed for Retail Managers and Client Advisors
- Track ongoing projects and develop corrective actions as needed to ensure program efficacy
- Consolidate information to structure and build retail presentations and communications
- Create and update learning assets, educational tools, and briefing materials for the retail network
- Design and refine training content focused on sales techniques, feedback methods, and evaluation processes for retail teams
- Analyze Customer Experience reporting data to identify store improvement opportunities and design targeted learning programs
- Monitor engagement indicators within the Clienteling community and support optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in second or third year of university or Master's degree in Commerce, Retail, Hospitality, or equivalent field
- Strong affinity for the luxury goods sector and demonstrated interest in sales development
- Project management and organizational skills with demonstrated autonomy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations
- Fluent in French and English
- Retail experience preferred

Retail experience is advantageous; however, entry-level candidates with a strong academic background in Commerce, Retail, or Hospitality are encouraged to apply. Analytical mindset, reliability, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks rapidly are essential.
