Lead Product Manager at Louis Vuitton, Paris. Manage digital orders and services product strategy with a team of product managers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the Product Management team (Product Managers and Product Owners) dedicated to Orders and Digital Services, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Omnichannel, Data, and Technology teams
- Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with customer needs, market dynamics, business objectives, and omnichannel priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for Orders and Digital Services, from conception through end-of-life, with particular emphasis on identifying AI integration opportunities
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product effectiveness and ensure achievement of business targets; conduct regular Product Reviews to assess performance and define medium-term vision
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses within the luxury sector to identify best practices and innovation opportunities
- Identify new product and service opportunities with a strategic focus on artificial intelligence to drive value creation and operational efficiency
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation for the product team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Design, Data, Business, and regional leadership to optimize information flow and decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with a focus on Orders Management and/or Digital Services
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience, leading Product Managers at junior and intermediate levels
- Strong strategic decision-making and complex problem-solving capabilities
- Proven experience leading teams while maintaining quality standards
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across technical, business, and design disciplines

Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated expertise in Orders Management and/or Digital Services; minimum 3 years leading Product Management teams at junior and intermediate levels in complex, technology-driven environments.
Education
