Louis Vuitton — Paris: Labor Relations Intern (6-month internship) in the Manufacturing & Logistics employee relations team, based in Paris 1er.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and provide operational support to HR teams in workshops on collective labor relations and the preparation of professional elections.
  • Prepare dossiers and briefing materials for employee representative body meetings, collective bargaining sessions and agreement monitoring.
  • Draft presentation and social communication materials, as well as standardised document templates.
  • Manage uploads, access and governance of documents on the BDESE (Base de Données Économiques et Sociales).
  • Support the filing and follow-up of the implementation of company agreements and related compliance tasks.
  • Contribute to the Maison’s environmental and diversity commitments within daily missions and team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Final-year Master’s degree in Law (students in the last year) or CRFPA-level candidates (bar exam preparation).
  • Previous internship or alternance experience in a law firm or HR/labor relations environment, preferably with exposure to collective labor law.
  • Proven ability to perform legal research using professional databases and tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills, rigor, adaptability and professional dynamism.
