Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the display activity and installation schedules in collaboration with creation and purchasing teams.
  • Develop and manage the reference system using Anaplan for windows, kits, and pricing.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, including retro planning, packaging definition, kit palletization, label definition, and adherence to deadlines and shipping dates.
  • Oversee transport logistics, including transport scheduling, customs exchanges, and delivery tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with regional Visual Merchandising teams.
  • Manage sales forecasts for permanent products and the auto-replenishment tool for regional warehouses.
  • Ensure supply and distribution for promotional activities.
  • Plan and monitor warehouse activities, including reception and dispatch loads, activity tracking, and end-of-life product management.
  • Create reports using Power BI to automate tasks and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Supply Chain.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to tools and stakeholders. Proactive, autonomous, meticulous, and analytical mindset. Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VBA, macros), SAP, and Power BI. Fluent in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Supply Chain.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or equivalent with a focus on Supply Chain.
