Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control physical security installations and third‑party security service providers across the logistics site (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection).
- Perform on‑site technical audits to verify equipment functionality and adherence to security procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and validate guarding (concierge/guard) services and their contractual performance on logistics sites.
- Supervise and control logistics security programmes such as Chargeur Connu and Fournisseur connu for the global warehouse.
- Manage regulatory follow‑up for security installations and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Conduct security audits in support of Opérateur Économique Agréé (AEO) accreditation and audit remote FM/DERET sites for security performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering (Bac+5) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in logistics security, physical protection or security engineering.
- Fluent English (working proficiency) — ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor and responsiveness; demonstrable experience conducting field audits and producing corrective action plans.
- Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; experience with SAP and AutoCAD is strongly desirable.
