Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and timely availability of new rigid products (coffrets, luggage, trunks), ensuring targets for quality and margin are met.
- Coordinate project stakeholders across Marketing/Design and internal and external production sites to secure alignment and drive project milestones.
- Define and maintain the project schedule from marketing brief to sales launch, identify risks using Critical Chain Project Management principles, and provide proactive reporting with escalation alerts.
- Animate regular project meetings and progress reviews; challenge marketing or design decisions that jeopardize delivery and obtain required arbitrations on technical, cost or quality issues.
- Ensure launch of new materials and management of pre-series reception; liaise with Cost Control on Standard Cost considerations.
- Produce weekly development KPI reporting for the Rigid competency centre and synthesize key messages; perform quarterly variance analysis between planned and actual timelines using ProChain and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or equivalent (student status required for an internship).
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Curious, adaptable and able to build productive relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
