Role & Responsibilities
- Support upstream (design-to-development) and downstream (development-to-production) phases of new product projects in close collaboration with upstream and downstream project leaders.
- Implement and maintain KPI tracking and animation dashboards for new-product pipelines; co-lead routine review meetings with project leads.
- Contribute to the setup and governance of the development area in partnership with development référents.
- Define and coordinate the timing and handover interfaces between upstream and downstream project phases to ensure orderly transitions.
- Draft and formalize production start-up procedures for new products and monitor production launch schedules.
- Track material flows, colour/finish variants and manage associated planning to support manufacturing readiness.
- Standardize project follow-up tools and dashboards; improve communication tools for launch and production start-up.
- Execute ancillary tasks such as risk analyses and document control to ensure project compliance and traceability.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holder of an engineering degree (or equivalent) specialized in industrial production, continuous improvement and/or quality.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Pack Office) for reporting and dashboarding.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and an ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills, team orientation, autonomy and intellectual curiosity.

Entry-level; suitable for a student or recent graduate in engineering with preferably a first exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial production, continuous improvement, quality or a closely related discipline.
