Role & Responsibilities
- Support project management activities for omnichannel initiatives across ecommerce sites and the mobile application, ensuring alignment of central and local stakeholders.
- Assist in the definition of business requirements and translate needs into clear, testable specifications for new features.
- Participate in testing and validation phases for implemented functionalities and track launch readiness with country teams.
- Create internal communication materials and training aids to facilitate adoption of new tools and features.
- Monitor monthly client performance metrics, produce reporting and ad‑hoc analyses tied to product and service launches.

- Fluent French and English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Comfortable presenting results in person or via videoconference (PowerPoint, Zoom).
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, methodical approach and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative team player with a solution‑oriented mindset.
