Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily omni‑order operations across channels (web, app, retail), including order monitoring, issue tracking and execution follow‑through.
- Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate or resolve operational issues with Retail, Digital, Logistics and Client Services.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless client experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
- Support execution of global and local digital initiatives across e‑commerce, CRM and omnichannel platforms, including requirement gathering and implementation follow‑up.
- Contribute to process improvement projects to increase omni‑order efficiency and enhance operational controls and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in digital operations, e‑commerce, omnichannel operations or project coordination.
- Demonstrable interest and understanding of Web/App ecosystems and omni‑order processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive operational follow‑up across Retail, Digital, Logistics and Client Services.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital operations, e‑commerce, omnichannel operations or project coordination, preferably within luxury retail or premium retail environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Digital, IT, Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
