Louis Vuitton — Junior Management Controller, Supply Chain & Logistics. Hybrid role based in Cergy/Paris supporting transport, customs and circular-economy finance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as finance business partner to transport, customs and indirect procurement teams, providing operationally-focused financial guidance and decision support.
- Monitor and forecast the Transport P&L in real time, coordinating with Indirect Procurement, Zone Supply Chain and central transport teams.
- Define, track and animate KPIs for transport OPEX; deliver analytical support for financial and environmental optimisation initiatives.
- Develop indicators measuring the digital footprint on worldwide transport costs and ensure compliance and traceability of ‘Fil Rouge’ transport flows.
- Own and administer BI and reporting tools for Transport and Customs (ownership of data models, dashboards and reporting cadence).
- Support financial monitoring of circular-economy initiatives and ‘second life’ product activities (private sales, upcycling, recycling): build and enrich related reporting and stock-flow analyses.
- Provide financial stewardship and P&L construction for the central chocolate trading activity: revenue, margin and forecast analysis.
- Partner with industrial operations on finished-goods purchase quality matters: animate stock movements, manage transit follow-up and credit reconciliations.
- Contribute to internal control, drive evolution of financial information systems (OSS, datalake, Power BI, AI) and deliver hands-on operational finance support across functions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, finance, engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management control, operational finance or similar roles—preferably within supply chain, logistics or luxury/FMCG environments.
- Solid accounting knowledge with clear understanding of Opex and Capex treatment.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated rigour, analytical acuity and strong stakeholder management in cross-functional contexts.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in management control or operational finance functions, with demonstrable exposure to supply chain/logistics finance, transport cost management or inventory/stock analytics. Experience in luxury goods or fast-moving consumer goods is highly desirable.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business administration, finance, engineering or equivalent.
