Louis Vuitton — Paris: Junior Employer Branding Project Manager (alternance, Sept 2026) to support global Talent Acquisition projects and EVP deployment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the launch and activation of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across geographies, animating local teams and adapting approaches to cultural specificities.
- Coordinate deployment and analysis of candidate experience surveys to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions for recruitment processes.
- Design, develop and animate digital training modules for Talent Acquisition teams, leveraging online tools to increase engagement and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects in partnership with LVMH group stakeholders, bringing operational support and project expertise.
- Plan, monitor and report project timelines, milestones and deliverables; ensure alignment with stakeholders and compliance with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (apprenticeship/alternance format).
- First substantive experience in project management — ideally in an international context or within HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; French proficiency is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven ability to produce high-quality PowerPoint materials.
- Strong organisational rigour, proactivity, autonomy and the capacity to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
