Louis Vuitton Jewelry Project Assistant internship, Paris, Jan 2027 – 6 months. Support product launches, shoots, and e-commerce initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track product launches on LV.com in coordination with the e-merchandising team and ensure continuous site maintenance
- Write product descriptions for jewelry launches and manage delivery timelines for all digital assets including imagery, video, and copy
- Oversee the creation of product 3D models for Virtual Try-On (VTO) functionality and personalized engraving features, including briefs, feedback, and deadline management
- Assist in organizing photoshoot logistics including scheduling, transport coordination, and on-set support for styling and presentation
- Review and provide feedback on post-production retouching for packshots and on-model photography using Wayqoop
- Maintain and organize deliverables within the internal digital asset library
- Conduct competitive analysis studies relevant to the jewelry category
- Update styling guides with new collections and products
- Support cross-functional projects as needed, including still-life photography coordination and point-of-sale material copywriting
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with agility
- Digital fluency and proficiency with collaborative tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable French and English orthography
- Natural aesthetic sensitivity and genuine interest in luxury jewelry
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Entry-level or beginner-level experience; strong academic or personal projects demonstrating project management competency are valued.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Luxury Management, Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
