Louis Vuitton Munich: IT Working Student (20h/week, 12 months, August 2026 start). Support, device setup, ticketing, and IT projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate monitoring and asset management tools, including multi-platform endpoint management systems
- Provide first-level IT support with development pathway to second-level responsibilities
- Set up and configure end-user devices including laptops, iPads, and iPhones
- Develop and improve IT documentation and knowledge base materials
- Support IT implementation projects and system roll-outs
- Install and troubleshoot computers and printers
- Manage incident, problem, and service request tickets
- Deliver technical support for iOS and Windows operating systems
Qualifications
- Team-oriented with demonstrated collaborative mindset
- Fluent German and English language proficiency
- Strong organisational and self-management capabilities
- Pragmatic, hands-on problem-solving approach
- Technical familiarity with iOS and Windows environments
