Louis Vuitton — IT Operations Intern in New York (internship). Full‑time onsite role supporting CMDB, ServiceNow, Power BI; $20–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with creation, updating and retirement of configuration item (CI) records to maintain CMDB accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular data quality reviews and remediate inconsistencies between discovery sources and CMDB records.
- Support configuration management policy, standards and process documentation, and help onboard new services and infrastructure into the CMDB.
- Provide CMDB support for incident, problem and change management activities, including mapping service dependencies for root cause analysis and impact assessments.
- Review automated discovery outputs and coordinate data reconciliation and integration with source systems and operational tools.
- Produce regular CMDB health, completeness and data quality reports and support audit, governance and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Able and willing to work on-site in New York City and commit to a 6-month full-time internship (up to 37.5 hours/week) starting June 2026.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; capacity to validate and reconcile technical data across systems.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT teams.

Experience
Entry-level. Candidate should be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student; prior internship or coursework in IT operations, IT service management, CMDB, or related systems is desirable but not required.
Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
