Role & Responsibilities
- Own the SAP Distribution domain for the Americas: local configuration, specification development for SD, MM and Master Data, and alignment with global standards.
- Act as principal business analyst and point of contact for Supply Chain, Logistics and Inventory Control to define requirements, scope projects and design solutions.
- Lead major projects and initiatives in coordination with local IS&T teams and Central IS&T (Headquarters), maintaining the LVA roadmap in line with global strategy.
- Manage application lifecycle and production support for ERP (SAP) and all related integrations (Middleware/ETL/Job Schedules, Idoc/EDI, batch jobs).
- Define and enforce application security policies, service level agreements and support model; ensure timely landscape documentation and updates.
- Create and maintain project plans; coordinate tasks across business users, IS&T and Central teams; prepare UAT scenarios and oversee testing and sign-off.
- Provide regular status reporting to executive stakeholders and represent LVA in cross-zone forums to share best practices and influence global solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in IS&T with prior experience as a business analyst or consultant.
- Demonstrable domain expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics and Master Data management within an SAP environment.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules and their integration points with Finance.
- Proven experience with Idoc/EDI processing, SAP Batch Jobs, LSMW/Batch Input Sessions and general interface troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0; experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP AFS or integrations with external Order Management Systems is a strong plus.
- Practical experience with project delivery and Agile Development Methodologies; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
