Role & Responsibilities

  • Classify, manage and preserve original evidence documents for civil enforcement and litigation matters, including scanning, time-stamping and coordination with notaries.
  • Collect and update trademark evidence (outdoor ads, social media, print magazines, media plans, visuals, events, annual reports, store lists, brand rankings) in support of enforcement actions.
  • Investigate alleged infringements by conducting online and offline research, identify authentic Louis Vuitton reference products using the Product Library and official brand sources, and secure evidentiary materials.
  • Approve contract applications in the OA system, maintain the contract register and provide trademark certificates as requested by business departments.
  • Support mainland music license applications for retail stores and events.
  • Coordinate with Paris and Hong Kong IP teams: prepare remittance reports, upload tax receipts, send portfolio and internet-team updates, and assist with evidence for cancellations, invalidations and oppositions.
  • Prepare operational reports and deliverables: invoice summaries, monthly case lists and statistics, outside counsel requests (reports, invoices, estimates) and PowerPoint slides for monthly reporting and enforcement meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, intellectual property, paralegal studies or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience supporting IP enforcement, civil litigation or brand-protection matters — experience within luxury, fashion or consumer goods preferred.
  • Familiarity with notarization and time-stamp evidence preservation procedures and with managing cross-border legal documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enforcement cases and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with in-house teams and external counsels.

Experience
