Louis Vuitton seeks an Inventory Management Intern in Singapore for a six-month internship from January to June 2027. The intern will support spare-parts stock management, reporting and forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, reverse logistics and process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking safety stock levels for fast-moving, slow-moving and rare spare parts.
- Support stock allocation and replenishment follow-up to ensure timely availability.
- Monitor spare-parts flows from France.
- Prepare and update reports and KPIs on stock levels and spare-parts usage.
- Assist in developing Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers to improve visibility of needs.
- Analyze trends to help anticipate atelier and market requirements.
- Support atelier and retail teams by gathering feedback and addressing spare-parts requests.
- Help facilitate training or knowledge-sharing sessions for retail teams on spare-parts processes.
- Collaborate with the Care Services & Quality Manager and Spare Parts Specialist on efficiency improvements.
- Support reverse logistics or stock-cleaning activities as required.
- Contribute to process-improvement projects to streamline spare-parts management.

- Team-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative and be accountable with minimal supervision.
- Able to present data meaningfully and analytically.
- Microsoft Excel and Power BI knowledge is advantageous; programming skills in VBA or SQL and SAP experience are advantageous.
