Louis Vuitton Paris seeks International Director for Fashion & In-Store Events to lead global animations, trunk shows, and retail experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the creation of in-store animation guidelines aligned with fashion launches, festive periods, and cultural celebrations across all zones and markets
  • Partner with Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Merchandising, Editorial, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure cohesive multi-departmental alignment and delivery of event assets
  • Direct the logistical coordination of validated animation assets, including production scheduling, zone-based allocation, and global distribution
  • Manage the annual calendar of in-store animation needs and oversee budget allocation by project to optimize spend and performance outcomes
  • Lead the recruitment, briefing, and performance management of external creative agencies supporting the House's event needs, ensuring adherence to timelines and creative standards
  • Establish and communicate comprehensive in-store animation guidelines to Clienteling and Visual Merchandising teams at central and local levels
  • Oversee the global execution and coordination of Trunk Show events, including schedule management, guidelines development with Fashion Show and Visual Merchandising counterparts, and on-site deployment (travel required)
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to identify retail experience innovations and deliver strategic, creative recommendations
  • Monitor event deployment, gather post-event analytics, and consolidate best practices to drive future optimization across the community of Visual Merchandising and Events teams
  • Manage project retroplanning, budget tracking, and reporting to senior leadership
  • Participate in the recruitment of external agencies and co-manage the global annual calendar with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of international event coordination and in-store animation experience, preferably within the luxury sector
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders at a global level
  • Strong creative sensibility with keen understanding of craftsmanship, heritage techniques, and artisanal expertise
  • Retail and consumer experience with a distinctly client-centric approach
  • Proficiency in competitive benchmarking and retail experience innovation
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budget oversight and timeline management

Experience
