Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the internal control process, including review and implementation across the company.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports, assess, and monitor the company's internal control frameworks.
  • Conduct internal control self-assessments using Erica, LVMH's internal control software.
  • Perform store audits and follow up on audit findings to ensure improvements.
  • Conduct internal control training sessions.
  • Investigate fraud cases and report findings.
  • Work independently on tasks, interacting with all levels of the company.
  • Apply critical thinking to identify risks from a top-down approach.
  • Communicate results efficiently to both the CFO and the zone-level Internal Control head.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a multinational company or Big 4 audit firm.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a Big 4 audit firm.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an internal control or internal audit team of a multinational company, ideally with a retail component.

Skills

Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks, audit, and risk management principles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently assess and address risk and provide recommendations for improvement. Proficiency in English and Korean, with strong presentation skills. Ability to understand and optimize internal control processes through system analysis. Strong organizational agility, multi-tasking ability, and adaptability to changing priorities. A keen interest in the luxury industry.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Education

Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting. Additional relevant professional education is a plus.
