Louis Vuitton seeks an Internal Control & Audit Intern for a 6-month role in Paris. Ideal for students specializing in finance or accounting with strong Excel and English skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and implement new procedures governing operational processes across retail boutiques, artisanal workshops, and digital channels
  • Drive continuous improvement of business processes
  • Verify documentation and ensure correct application of existing internal control procedures
  • Produce awareness and communication materials on Internal Control topics
  • Execute operational audit and internal control missions, identifying issues and delivering pragmatic recommendations with measurable added value
  • Develop data analyses using visualization tools to detect anomalies and weak signals
  • Monitor implementation of corrective action plans following audit engagements
  • Conduct audit missions to review the implementation of Ethics & Compliance controls within the Maison and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Ensure risk situations identified in corruption risk mapping are covered by effective preventive measures
  • Review anti-money laundering mechanisms and associated controls in retail locations based on guidelines from the Maison's Ethics & Compliance department

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme with specialization in finance or management accounting
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail with ability to identify both macro trends and micro-level details
  • Curiosity about luxury products and craftsmanship methodologies
