Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft, implement and maintain procedures governing operational processes in boutiques, workshops and digital flows to strengthen the internal control framework.
  • Execute operational audit missions and internal control reviews; identify root causes, surface key issues and deliver pragmatic, high‑value recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and monitor the application and effectiveness of existing control procedures.
  • Develop data analyses and visualizations to reveal anomalies and early warning signals; support data‑driven audit workpapers.
  • Follow up on audit findings and action plans; track remediation progress and report on status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess implementation of Ethics & Compliance controls (including anti‑corruption and AML measures) within the Maison and propose enhancements where gaps are identified.
  • Produce awareness materials and training supports to promote internal control and compliance topics across operations.

Qualifications

  • Current student in a business school, engineering school or equivalent university program with a specialization in finance, accounting or management control.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to move from macro analysis to operational detail.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Curiosity for product and knowledge of artisanal processes is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to present findings and pragmatic recommendations to operational teams.
