Louis Vuitton Internal Communications Intern, Paris. Six-month internship beginning September 2026 in HR communications for EMEA region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and animate the EMEA intranet, producing content and supporting a network of regional coordinators across all countries in the zone
- Organize internal events and activities for EMEA headquarters staff, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings
- Contribute to the HR and CSR communication plan by creating content and coordinating initiatives that highlight internal projects
- Produce multilingual content (French and English) including emails, newsletters, videos, and posters for distribution to zone employees, working with internal teams or external vendors as needed
- Maintain the EMEA HR editorial calendar and manage the Social Club community
- Support employer branding projects, including photoshoots, video productions, LinkedIn guidelines activation, and employee advocacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree student with specialization in Marketing or Communications from a business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
- Creative thinking and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or apprenticeship experience within a corporate environment is preferred but not required.
Education
Master's degree student with specialization in Marketing or Communications from a business school, university, or equivalent institution.
