Louis Vuitton seeks an Internal Communications Assistant on apprenticeship in Paris, starting September 2026. Master's student in Marketing or Communications required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and animate the EMEA intranet by creating content and coordinating a network of relay ambassadors across all countries in the zone
- Organize internal events and activities for EMEA headquarters employees, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings
- Contribute to the HR and CSR communication strategy for the zone through content creation and event coordination to highlight internal projects and initiatives
- Produce internal communications materials—emails, newsletters, videos, and posters—in both English and French for distribution across the zone
- Maintain and coordinate the EMEA HR editorial calendar and manage the Social Club community
- Support employer branding projects including photo and video production, LinkedIn Guidelines implementation, and Employee Advocacy activation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program with specialization in Marketing or Communications
- Graduate of a business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and proactive approach
- Creative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences

Entry-level candidates with at least one prior internship or apprenticeship in a professional setting are preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree with specialization in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline from a recognized business school or university.
