Louis Vuitton — Internal Communications Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris 1: support global employee communications and activations for People Experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design and orchestration of global internal communications activations for People Experience (concept, messaging, channel selection and activation calendar).
  • Draft and produce written content including mailings, articles, newsletters and intranet/social posts tailored to employee segments (Retail, Operations, Corporate).
  • Create visual communication assets — infographics, presentations and templates — aligned with the Maison’s graphic identity.
  • Assist in production of photo and video assets for internal campaigns and contribute to content shoots.
  • Accompany regional teams in deployment and execution of communication campaigns, providing guidelines and support for local roll-out.
  • Contribute to transversal projects: evaluate and propose improvements to internal communication tools and platforms, and draft usage guidelines and templates.
  • Coordinate logistics and support production for internal events (seminars, leadership trips, global HR gatherings).
  • Conduct ongoing market and agency monitoring and maintain an ideas database for tools and event activations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master 2 (or equivalent) in business, communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; high level of English (oral and written).
  • Prior internship or first professional experience in communications, internal communications or within a luxury house is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable aesthetic sensibility and understanding of the luxury sector.
  • Organisational rigour, proactivity, discretion and ability to work collaboratively across time zones and functions.

Experience
