Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and animate the EMEA HR intranet: produce editorial content and coordinate a network of country relays across the Zone.
  • Organize internal events and employee activations for the EMEA headquarters (conferences, seminars, workshops, convivial moments).
  • Contribute to the EMEA HR and CSR communication plan: create content and coordinate events to showcase internal projects and initiatives.
  • Produce multi‑format communication materials (emails, newsletters, videos, posters) in both French and English, working with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Manage the EMEA HR editorial calendar and animate the internal community (‘Social Club’).
  • Support employer brand projects including photo/video shoots and activation of LinkedIn guidelines and employee advocacy initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Current Master's‑level student (Marketing, Communications or equivalent) in a business school or university, available for a one‑year apprenticeship starting January 2027.
  • Previous internship or work experience within a corporate communications, employer brand or HR communications function is desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong organisational skills, proactivity and creativity with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to adapt communication style to diverse internal stakeholders.
