Louis Vuitton — Paris (1st) seeks an Internal Communications and Editorial Assistant (alternance) to join Corporate Communications from Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Communications Manager in the conception and deployment of internal communications plans tied to HR, product and cultural initiatives.
  • Create and produce editorial content: photo and video shoots, articles, interviews, newsletters, internal/external posts and employee portraits.
  • Contribute to the monthly editorial calendar and ensure editorial tone and angles align with corporate messaging.
  • Assist in the design and operational delivery of internal events (ideation, stakeholder coordination, logistics, floor management).
  • Develop communication plans to accompany seminars, talks and corporate celebrations and ensure post‑event coverage (audiovisual capture, reports, interviews, photo selection, channel publication).
  • Animate and maintain internal digital channels (intranet, Viva Engage, dynamic screens) and propose innovative formats to increase employee engagement.
  • Monitor basic KPIs (open rates, engagement metrics) and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Current Master’s candidate (M1 or M2) in Business, Communications, Journalism, Political Science or Engineering with strong editorial interest.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • First professional experience in corporate communication, editorial production or events is required.
  • Strong organisational skills, editorial sensitivity and storytelling capability.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, rigour and respect for confidentiality.
  • Available to start in September 2026 and commit to a one‑year full‑time alternance placement.

Experience
