Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching inspiration and trends for women's leather goods collections.
  • Actively contribute to the design and illustration of pieces.
  • Participate in product development for main collections and fashion shows.
  • Provide technical support for drawings and prototypes.
  • Aid in preparing documents for development meetings.
  • Support the preparation of women's fashion shows, if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a fashion or product design program, ideally with a specialization or strong interest in leather goods.

Skills

Proficiency in technical drawing and illustration. In-depth knowledge of the leather goods sector. Familiarity with pattern making is advantageous. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of Rhinoceros is a plus. Fluency in Italian, French, and/or English to interact with a multicultural team. Strong aesthetic sense, understanding of proportions and harmony. Creativity, dynamism, and proactivity. Ability to work collaboratively and integrate easily. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in fashion or product design.
