Louis Vuitton Italy seeks an Intellectual Property Protection Intern in Milan — curricular internship in IP enforcement and anti‑counterfeiting (hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with customs authorities and law‑enforcement partners related to seizures, including data entry and reporting of enforcement actions.
- Draft expert reports, prepare case files and classify legal and evidentiary documents for internal use and external proceedings.
- Conduct evidence gathering and investigative research to support anti‑counterfeiting operations across Italy and Southern Europe.
- Support the team in drafting, issuing and following up on cease‑and‑desist letters and other pre‑litigation correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating administrative and logistical aspects of civil and criminal proceedings, liaising with external counsel when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree programme (laureando/laureanda in Giurisprudenza).
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, industrial and intellectual property law.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of precision, strong analytical skills, excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.

No specific professional tenure is required for this curricular internship; prior internships or collaborative experience in brand protection, IP enforcement or legal support are preferred.
