Louis Vuitton | IP Legal Intern – Internet Protection | Paris | 6-month internship in intellectual property and digital law
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate counterfeit offerings across digital platforms including websites, e-commerce marketplaces, search engines, and social networks
- Collaborate with IP attorneys to develop and implement strategic countermeasures against identified infringing content
- Draft, send, and track cease-and-desist letters and notifications to internet intermediaries, managing matters that may escalate to civil or criminal litigation
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on current developments in IP law relevant to digital protection, including domain name disputes and intermediary liability
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, Digital Law, or equivalent postgraduate program
- Foundational experience in intellectual property law
- Knowledge of U.S. and international intellectual property law
- Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for digital environments and online commerce
- Fluent English proficiency
