Louis Vuitton — Paris: Intellectual Property Legal Intern (Alternance) for IP criminal litigation, start Sept 2026. Apply for a one-year full-time apprenticeship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IP litigation team (Contentieux Pénal Europe) in implementing and enforcing Louis Vuitton’s intellectual property rights.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of criminal proceedings, including customs seizures and coordination with prosecuting authorities.
- Draft legal documents: complaints, civil party filings, expert briefs and case files.
- Monitor execution of judgments and liaise with enforcement authorities to ensure compliance.
- Perform data analyses of seizure flows and origins to coordinate actions across PI offices in EMEA and globally (cross-referencing seizure data, carrier/exporter research, synthesis tables).
- Identify targets on social networks in partnership with the Internet team to provide investigatory leads to criminal authorities.
- Conduct jurisprudence monitoring in IP and criminal litigation and contribute to counterfeit mapping and flow analysis across Europe.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in third-cycle studies (Master 2, LLM or equivalent) in Intellectual Property / Industrial Property.
- Prior professional experience in intellectual property within a company or law firm (internship or junior role).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Rigorous, dynamic and proactive with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Entry-level: candidate should be a third-cycle IP/industrial property student with a first professional experience in intellectual property, either in-house or at a law firm.
Education
Third-cycle degree in Intellectual Property / Industrial Property (Master 2, LLM or equivalent).
