Louis Vuitton Paris: Six-month IP Lawyer internship in intellectual property contracts and trademark management, January 2027
Role & Responsibilities
- Support intellectual property contract activities across collaborations, designer agreements, music, video, photography, talent, and publishing engagements
- Analyze and synthesize contractual documentation; monitor and maintain contract compliance
- Conduct legal research in jurisprudence and trademark usage; draft legal memoranda on IP matters
- Assist in managing the Berluti trademark and design model portfolio, including deadline tracking and administrative disputes
- Perform prior art searches for trademarks, design models, and copyrights; execute competitive analysis and clearance validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in Intellectual Property or equivalent
- Fluent English proficiency
- Prior experience in a law firm, IP consulting practice, or in-house IP department
- Demonstrated responsiveness, precision, and collaborative work ethic
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or junior experience preferred; candidates should have completed or be near completion of a Master's degree in Intellectual Property and ideally have undertaken at least one prior internship or junior role in an IP-focused environment.
Education
Master's degree (M2) in Intellectual Property, or equivalent advanced qualification in IP law
