Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with contract negotiation and drafting for audiovisual production, talent management (talent, models, artistic directors), publishing, and product placement arrangements
- Review and analyse intellectual property contracts, particularly those involving AI technology and personality rights considerations
- Conduct contract file analysis, synthesis, and ongoing contract administration
- Research legal precedent and maintain ongoing legal intelligence in intellectual property and personality rights
- Draft legal memoranda and analyses on intellectual property, AI law, and personality rights matters under French, European, and US legal frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency in English language
- Prior experience in an IP law practice, IP consulting firm, or corporate IP department
- Strong attention to detail and rigorous contract analysis skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
