Louis Vuitton Intellectual Property Assistant seasonal position in New York, USD $30–$32/hr, supporting brand protection and counterfeit enforcement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze U.S. Customs and Border Protection seizure data to identify emerging counterfeit importation trends and develop analytical recommendations
- Conduct internet and social media research to develop intelligence on counterfeit activities and identify enforcement targets
- Review investigative reports and develop actionable analytical recommendations based on identified patterns
- Prepare monthly Customs statistics and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Draft cease and desist notices and review importer responses to identify further investigative leads
- Create flowcharts, matrices, presentations, and visual reporting tools to support enforcement priorities and training initiatives
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for training federal, state, and local law enforcement personnel in Louis Vuitton product authentication
- Assist with evidence processing and documentation for criminal investigations
- Conduct visibility studies and collect data on counterfeit activity in major market areas
- Coordinate requests for forfeited product samples from Customs authorities
- Collaborate with the Intellectual Property team and external law enforcement partners on enforcement and investigative initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated proficiency with online research tools and databases
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Experience
Beginner-level experience in investigative analysis, intellectual property protection, law enforcement support, or related fields preferred. Experience analyzing trends, patterns, and intelligence information is advantageous.
