Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Innovation Manager in project execution and transition to development teams.
  • Understand internal client needs and translate them into project specifications.
  • Conduct necessary technological research and monitoring.
  • Identify and propose promising solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with external partners.
  • Initiate and validate industrial material tests based on laboratory results.
  • Oversee prototype production in workshops and ensure scalability.
  • Coordinate and unify the project team to achieve set objectives.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders including external partners, sourcing, product, material, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, specializing in textiles, materials, chemistry, or innovation.
  • Pursuing a Master's level education (Bac+4/+5).

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English. Project management skills with analytical and synthesis capabilities. Interest in entrepreneurship or innovation. Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-driven.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Master's level education in relevant fields.
