Louis Vuitton seeks Information Systems & Technology Manager in San Dimas, California to oversee manufacturing IT operations and lead IT projects across US production sites.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage LVUSM IS&T support team, providing regular status updates, performance feedback, and measurable objectives
- Represent LVUSM IS&T interests within the worldwide community, ensuring alignment with global strategic direction
- Serve as primary point of contact for manufacturing teams on all IS&T issues and act as internal consultant on project scope and requirements
- Own monitoring and production support of manufacturing applications and IT infrastructure across LVUSM sites
- Create and maintain overall project plans for business-driven IT projects; coordinate tasks across business users, IS&T, and Central IS&T teams
- Prepare and manage IS&T expenses and project budgets in partnership with IS&T Sr. Regional Manager; negotiate vendor agreements and external resource contracts
- Define and apply security policies related to applications and infrastructure; implement best practices based on security audits
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios with business stakeholders and coordinate testing execution
- Document business-specific functionalities and maintain system landscape documentation
- Travel as required and collaborate with international teams across multiple regions
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in IS&T and manufacturing environments
- Proven experience leading major IT projects for industrial sites, including IT infrastructure setup, budget management, and network cabling
- Comprehensive knowledge of Production Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and the luxury leather goods industry
- Demonstrated experience with Manufacturing ERP systems implementation or deployment
- Track record of meeting project milestones and delivery dates
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Proven ability to engage effectively with executive-level management across both IS&T and business functions

Minimum 10 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in IS&T and manufacturing contexts, including proven experience managing major IT projects for industrial production sites. Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure deployment, budget oversight, and vendor management. Professional experience in international environments with cross-regional collaboration required.
