Louis Vuitton is hiring an Information Systems & Technology Manager in San Dimas, CA to lead manufacturing IT, infrastructure and projects for LVUSM.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary LVUSM IS&T representative within global and regional IS&T communities, ensuring local initiatives align with Louis Vuitton’s global strategic direction.
  • Own application and IT infrastructure management for LVUSM manufacturing sites, including monitoring, production support, documentation, and security policy enforcement.
  • Lead major manufacturing IS&T projects end-to-end: define scope with business stakeholders, create and maintain project plans, coordinate resources across local, regional and Central IS&T, and report status to Executive Team and IS&T Sr. Regional Manager.
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios with business users and coordinate functional and integration testing.
  • Prepare, present and manage IS&T operating and project budgets; negotiate and manage vendor relationships and external service contracts.
  • Manage and develop the LVUSM IS&T support team: set objectives, review progress, provide coaching and share best practices across the worldwide IS&T network.
  • Promote and implement security and risk‑mitigation measures based on audit findings to protect the brand and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IS&T experience, including leadership of IT initiatives for industrial/manufacturing sites.
  • Proven project management experience delivering major IT projects for production environments, including IT room setup, cabling and budget oversight.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of production management, supply chain, quality control and manufacturing systems—preferably within leather goods or luxury industries.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders and to coordinate with centralized international teams.
  • Strong vendor management and contract oversight experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; French and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Availability to travel as required.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
