Louis Vuitton seeks Information Security & Technology Manager in Sydney to oversee ANZ IT operations, security, and technology initiatives across stores and offices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations across ANZ stores, warehouses and offices, ensuring service levels are consistently met
- Partner with external engineering teams to manage incidents and service requests with pace and precision
- Act as the senior point of escalation for network and digital workplace issues
- Support store openings, relocations, closures and special projects with hands-on, on-site presence
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback and refining service delivery
- Lead the implementation of global, regional and local IT initiatives across the region, from new applications to store technology rollouts
- Cultivate strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing technical rigour with commercial acumen
- Uphold the highest standards of security policy and privacy law compliance
- Define and manage hardware and software upgrade strategies across ANZ
- Safeguard Louis Vuitton's IT standards across every site
- Monitor hardware lifecycles and manage renewal planning
- Coordinate device provisioning for new hires and recovery for leavers
- Conduct regular site visits to audit infrastructure and maintain accurate inventory
- Coordinate external vendors and service providers to guarantee timely, high-quality support and project delivery
- Monitor vendor performance and lead escalation resolution
- Contribute to vendor reviews, contract renewals and service improvement initiatives
- Support budget tracking, forecasting and renewal planning across hardware, software, telecom and services
- Identify opportunities to optimise cost without compromising service quality
- Partner with Finance, Procurement and Central IT teams to align spend with business priorities
Qualifications
- Degree in a related discipline preferred
- Extensive network and end-user computing expertise, ideally gained within a luxury or premium retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at every level
- Solutions-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Proven business partnering skills and the leadership capacity to drive performance across a team of external contractors
- Agile, proactive approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel regularly across ANZ locations (including QLD, VIC, NSW, WA, SA and New Zealand)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Degree in a related discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Information Technology) is preferred.
