Role & Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization team and a senior Metteur.euse au Point in the development and industrial roll‑out of new leather‑goods products.
- Draft and maintain workstation instructions (fiches poste) detailing materials and required means.
- Consolidate and maintain technical dossiers for spare parts and componentry.
- Prepare and update product Bill of Materials (Nomenclatures Produits).
- Investigate and resolve production issues identified in series life (continuous improvement, reliability actions).
- Assist with implementation of change requests and follow up on corrective actions with manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or preparing a Bac+2 diploma (Associate degree / BTS / DUT) in industrialization, production engineering or equivalent.
- Interest in leather goods and fashion product manufacturing.
- Practical experience or coursework in technical drawing.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, rigour and responsiveness.
- Good interpersonal skills, active listening, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor in an industrial atelier environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Entry‑level — suitable for students in a work‑study (alternance) programme; prior professional experience is not required but practical exposure to technical drawing or manufacturing is advantageous.
Education
Working towards a Bac+2 (Associate degree / BTS / DUT) in industrialization, production engineering or equivalent.
