Role & Responsibilities
- Define manufacturing processes for new products from prototyping to industrialization and document standard work.
- Plan and maintain the project critical path, sequencing tasks and sub‑tasks with durations and dependencies.
- Support deployment of a new industrialization process, including implementation of CCPM planning and risk analyses (ergonomics, assembly, site quality).
- Assess the relevance and layout of a dedicated prototyping/development area for new projects.
- Support first‑piece coordinators and project leaders during validation and transfer phases.
- Design cross‑functional validation and working processes: identify missing tools, implement tracking and deliverable‑sharing systems, and monitor material consumption through the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the coordination and animation of a multidisciplinary team (pattern maker, prototype finisher, maintenance technician, methods, scheduler, purchaser and external manufacturers).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school or equivalent university programme.
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with Power BI recommended.
- Familiarity with project planning methodologies, ideally CCPM or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental stewardship and sustainable production practices.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; aimed at students or recent graduates. Practical exposure to production, methods or project work during studies is an advantage.
Education
Current enrolment in an engineering, business or equivalent academic programme.
